Street Scene 2009

San Diego - Two days, five stages, 48 acts - This is Street Scene 2009.

San Diego rocks out Friday and Saturday (Aug 28 & 29) as the 25th installment of Street Scene invades Tailgate Park.

It all started in 1984, when Los Lobos headlined the very first Street Scene. Back then it was a one day festival that couldn't even fill two city blocks.

Now a quarter of a century later, the festival has grown and is now the largest music festival in Southern California. Last years Street Scene drew nearly 50,000 attendees. An even larger crowd is expected this year.
